1. The site and its contact
Ceprefi is an education and advisory platform for people building digital companies, blockchain products and protocols. The named personal contact is Ofelia Hartmann, F. R. Kreutzwaldi 4, Tallinn, Estonia; +372 5330 0080.
These terms cover the public website. A separate written agreement identifies the contracting parties and the conditions for any commissioned work.
2. Educational and advisory scope
The public guides and dictionary explain technology and company-building concepts in general terms. They are educational material, not personalised legal, tax or financial guidance. They do not assess a reader’s circumstances or direct decisions about digital assets. Obtain qualified professional input where your project requires it.
Advisory enquiries focus on team education, protocol planning, company organisation and product communication. An enquiry does not create an engagement. Any paid work requires a separate written agreement identifying the parties, scope, deliverables, fees, taxes, schedule and cancellation arrangements. That agreement governs the specific work.
3. Using the content
You may read the content, link to public pages and share brief attributed excerpts with your team. Further reproduction or adaptation requires permission unless the law permits it. Names of protocols and external projects belong to their respective owners; their inclusion does not imply a partnership or endorsement.
Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access or use the brief tool for abusive or unlawful material. Keep confidential credentials out of messages.
4. Accuracy
Technology and protocol rules change. Check the relevant primary documentation before relying on an explanation in a project. The site may contain errors or become outdated, and access may be interrupted. We can correct or remove material as needed.
Descriptions of possible deliverables are illustrative; the actual deliverables are agreed in writing for each engagement. This website has no recognition or loyalty scheme.
5. Messages and external services
The project brief form creates a local text file. Completing it does not send an enquiry, book a conversation or create an engagement. Use the published phone number or correspondence address to contact Ofelia. Links to external documentation are provided for reference, and those sites control their own content and privacy practices.
We use your enquiry details as described in the privacy policy. A message does not create a duty to accept a project or keep an unsolicited submission under a separate confidentiality agreement.
6. Responsibility and mandatory rights
You remain responsible for how you use general educational material in your project. Any duty, remedy or limit for commissioned work belongs in the written engagement agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow the parties to exclude, including mandatory consumer rights.
Any specific allocation of responsibility for commissioned work must be set out in its written agreement and comply with applicable law.
7. Questions, disputes and changes
Raise a concern with Ofelia first so it can be reviewed. Applicable law determines the parties’ rights and which courts have jurisdiction. These website terms do not remove mandatory protections or restrict a consumer’s right to bring a matter before a court with lawful jurisdiction.
Changes apply prospectively when published. Material changes to an existing engagement need to follow its agreement. The version and revision date identify the website terms you are reading.
